Individuals or groups wishing to appear before a Council or Committee of the Whole meeting shall advise the Clerk no later than 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to a scheduled meeting.

Any person or group desiring to present information or speak to Council at a Council meeting shall make application on the following prescribed form:

Request for Delegation Form

A signed Request for Delegation Form shall be completed and submitted to the Clerk by 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to a scheduled Council or Committee of the Whole Meeting, or at least 48 hours prior to a Special Meeting of Council or Committee of the Whole.

Individuals or groups which are listed on an agenda or are otherwise approved to appear before Council shall be limited to not more than ten (10) minutes , and successive extension of five (5) minutes may be granted by Council or Committee of the Whole.

No more then two (2) delegations shall be scheduled for any Council Meeting or Committee of the Whole meeting unless otherwise approved by the City Manager.
