Permits
Please print the applicable permit application and return along with fee payment to the Administration Department at City Hall.

Parade Permit:

Organizations/Individuals wishing to conduct a parade or any moving activity on municipal streets, must apply for a parade permit through the Administration Office. The cost for the permit is $16.50 (plus HST where applicable) and is subject to payment prior to approval. Once the application has been reviewed by the Traffic Committee and approved; a permit for this request will be issued.

Temporary Street Closure Permit:

Organizations/Individuals wishing to have a street closed for a temporary period to conduct a public function or event, must complete the proper application form and payment of the required fee of $16.50 (plus HST where applicable). Once the application has been reviewed by the Traffic Committee and approved; a permit for this request will be issued.

Bavarian Gardens (Beer Gardens) Permit:

Organizations wishing to have a Bavarian Gardens on or in any City owned facility/property must complete an application through the Administration Office. This application will be circulated to the relevant departments for review and approval. Please be advised that all rules and regulations under the Liquor Control Board and the Municipal Alcohol Policy must be adhered to at all times. A copy of the Municipal Alcohol Policy will be enclosed with your approval.
