Rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to help scheduling, routing, minimize waiting times and provide great service to everyone. For bookings less than 24 hours in advance, rides cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
For rides to and from medical appointments please book at least one (1) week in advance to ensure your priority.
Trip Priority Policy:
Work – Paid full time or part time employment; Chiropractor, Podiatrist, Medical Doctor or Dentist appointment; Education – Post Secondary Certificate, Diploma, Degree; Therapy – Medical Doctor, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Nurse, Chiropractor; Transportation Terminal – Airport / Bus depot.
Essential Shopping – Groceries, Prescriptions, Support Groups, Self Development Courses; Personal Business – Bank, Legal Services; Advance Ticket Events; Religious Services; Other Prescribed Therapy / Non-Administered; Volunteer work.
Recreational Activity – Swimming, Bowling, Park Outing, Bingo, Movie, etc.; Grooming – Hair care, Manicure/Pedicure, etc.; Dining Out; Shopping – Non-Essential; All other requests.
Daily Shuttle Service: pick up and drop offs as priority booked travel allows.
Pick up/Return locations: 10 Victoria Avenue – Senior’s Housing
330 Van Horne Avenue – Seniors’ Housing
104/108 St. Charles Street – Seniors’ Housing
Princess Court/Patricia Gardens
Private residences (as booked)
Drop off locations: Highway Retail/Services including Wal-Mart,
Extra Foods, Canadian Tire, Restaurants
Downtown Retail/Services including Safeway,
Shoppers Drug Mart, Go-Getters, etc.
New Fare: $2.50 to each destination (one way)
